Northwell Health in Danbury is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Danbury Outpatient location. This full-time position includes comprehensive patient evaluations, treatment planning, and collaboration with a care team to improve functional outcomes.
The role requires CT State Physical Therapy License, CPR, and a bachelor’s degree with at least one year of experience; FIM certification is a plus. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Physical Therapy provides services that identify, prevent, remediate, and rehabilitate acute or prolonged physical dysfunction or pain with emphasis on physical dysfunction. Such therapy encompasses evaluation and analysis of patients and therapeutic application, physical and chemical agents, exercise, instruction to patient/family and other procedures to maximize functional independence.
Minimum Experience: one year. Connecticut State Physical Therapy License.
FIM certification in Physical Therapy rehab settings. CPR Certification. Bachelor’ s degree and minimum one year of experience.
