Physical Therapist II - Inpatient - Days
Position: Physical Therapist II – Inpatient – Days
Hourly Pay Range: $38-$59.94. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Location: Highland Park Hospital, Highland Park, IL
Hours: Part-Time - 24 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday-Friday 8am – 4:30 pm; 2 weekends per month
Holidays: Yes, 2 summer/2 winter, includes days other than National Holidays
Required Travel: No
What you will do:
Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients
Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
Participates in the clinical supervision of students
What you will need:
License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association
Certification: CPR certification required
Experience: Out-patient; pelvic health
Skills: Pelvic floor/health physical therapy
