This is for an Outpatient Physical Therapist position at our Eskenazi Health Center West 38th Street location. New graduates welcome to apply!
The Physical Therapist provides a wide range of medically prescribed physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients experiencing orthopedic, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. The Physical Therapist evaluates patient diagnoses, applies diagnostic and prognostic tests to measure muscle, nerve, and joint function, correlates information from the evaluation to develop short-term and long-term goals. The PT will establish a plan of care to restore function and prevent further disability in the presence of disease or following injury/surgery.
• Graduate of APTA approved curriculum.
• Licensed as an Physical Therapist in State of Indiana or eligible to do so
