Job summary

ARC Physical Therapy+ is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Topeka, KS. You will deliver high-quality care, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient recovery in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

With mentorship from PT leaders in-clinic, you'll manage a reasonable caseload, pursue ongoing education with unlimited funding, and participate in the IGNITE program to bridge school-to-practice milestones.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills, including EMR, database software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine required physical therapy treatment.
• Provide direct patient care following established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians responsible for patient care.
• Complete a written plan of care and develop goals based on evaluations.
• Implement therapy programs and deliver essential treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes, progress reports and discharge summaries.
