Job summary

Matrix Providers is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team serving the Naval Hospital in Bremerton, WA. The role is full-time with a 0700-1600/0730-1630 schedule and a $57–$60 per hour compensation.

A sign-on or relocation bonus is available for eligible candidates, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life coverage. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s or pre-2002 Baccalaureate in Physical Therapy, CAPTE-approved education, active PT licensure, and BLS

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist (active license).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of PT services per privileges granted.
• Plan and implement treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Administer manual therapy and exercises to improve function.
• Instruct and motivate patients in activities and use of devices.
• Record progress in charts and systems; coordinate with physicians.
• Contact referring physicians as needed and participate in wellness activities.
