JOB DESCRIPTION

Atlantic Health System is seeking a full time Physical Therapist for the dynamic Atlantic Visiting Nurse Dept to work 8am-4pm in Morris County.

Atlantic Visiting Nurse provides personalized care for you or a loved one to regain health, stay out of the hospital, and remain living independently at home. Whether or not it is managing life with a chronic illness, living with a disability, returning home from the hospital or rehabilitation facility, or need assistance with end-of-life care, we are available to you in six counties throughout New Jersey: Morris, Somerset, Essex, Sussex, Union, and Warren.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients in their homes

Minimum Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, required
  • Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred

Minimum Experience:
  • 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred

License/Certification:
  • NJ License in Physical Therapy
  • BLS, preferred
