• Location: Schaumburg, IL.
• Shift: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
• Hours: Must be willing to work 2x evenings per week until 7pm (Last patient is at 6pm)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Duly Health and Care physicians spanning various specialties, eliminating marketing and scheduling pressures through an in-house network of referrals.
• Access opportunities for onsite continuing education and CEU funds to pursue education beyond Duly Health and Care.
• Experience a healthy work/life balance, a shared value among therapists across the organization.
• Participate in sporting and community events within the surrounding neighborhoods.
• Pursue growth opportunities, including mentorship and development for therapists aspiring to leadership roles.

Qualifications

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $119,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

• Degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.
