Overview

Duly Health and Care's Physical Therapy Department is seeking a Physical Therapist to work at our new state-of-the-art multi-specialty medical office building in Schaumburg opening in August 2025. Our 100,000-square-foot facility will offer Primary, Specialty, and Immediate Care, lab services, imaging, and more: Schaumburg's new home for whole-family care | Duly Health and Care

Details:

• Location: Schaumburg, IL
• Shift: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
• Hours: Willing to work 2 evenings per week until 7pm (Last patient at 6pm)

Qualifications:

The anticipated base salary range is $77,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional bonuses may bring total compensation to $103,000 - $136,000.

• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license
