We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at the Chatham Park Medical Office Building (MOB) in the rapidly growing Chatham Park area. Summary

This is professional work involving evidence-based evaluation of patient disabilities, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments. Responsibilities include documentation, instructing patients, families, students, and participating in program development and management. Engagement in continuing education, community activities, outreach, and preceptorship is expected.

Responsibilities

1. Diagnostic Testing: Administers diagnostic tests and evaluations for mobility disorders and impairments.
2. Education: Teach and supervise students and clinical fellows, develop programs, and serve as a resource.
3. Evaluation of Care: Analyze testing results, establish goals, modify treatment plans, communicate to promote care continuity.
4. Implementation: Apply techniques to provide quality rehabilitative services, organize care based on patient needs.
5. Outreach/Community: Serve as a resource, present at local or state levels, participate in community health events, develop new clinical programs.
6. Participation: Contribute to clinical service quality through meetings and in-services.
7. Quality: Maintain accurate records, participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Licensure/Certification

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
