Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist I – Outpatient to provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up for physician-referred patients. The role operates full time with day/evening shifts and rotating schedules, including some Saturdays.

You will maintain accurate records, participate in clinical supervision of students, and support a busy outpatient orthopedic service. Candidates should have a PT degree, BLS/CPR certification, and outpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved physical therapy program.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Outpatient Orthopedics experience preferred.

• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing

Hourly Pay Range

Hourly Pay Range: $39.44 - $61.13 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Position: Physical Therapist I – Outpatient – Days/Evenings
• Location: 1729 Benson Avenue, Evanston, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full time
• Hours: Days/evenings rotating shifts; 2-evenings until 7p, or Saturday hours 8a-12p
• Example hours: shifts are: 8a-4:30p, 9a-5:30p, 10:30a–7p and/or 8a-12p on Saturday
• Required Travel: No
• Holidays: No

What you will do

• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
• Participates in the clinical supervision of students

What you will need

• Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association Certification: BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
• Experience: Outpatient Orthopedics preferred
