We are offering an exciting leadership opportunity in Huntington Park, CA! Our expanding network of independently owned healthcare facilities is growing, and we are looking for talented therapists to join us.

Full Time: Flexible schedule promoting work-life balance.

Pay: $45 - $60/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical disorders and/or wound care needs, developing care plans aligned with standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments according to clinical requirements.
• Administer procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers regarding physical health issues.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
