Job Description

Physical Therapist needed to make home visits and manage care for patients in their home in part of the metro Denver area.

Full-time, part-time, or prn / Independent Contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to clients in their homes in part of the Denver metro area
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Focus on rehab from injuries or maintenance so clients can stay in their homes
• Provide care as ordered by the physician
