Position: Physical Therapist - Homecare - Full-Time

Location: Eddy Visiting Nurse and Rehab Association - Troy, New York

Employment Type: Full time

Shift: Day Shift

Description:

Join our team as a Physical Therapist providing home-based therapy, primarily post-acute or subacute care, in the Capital Region. Enjoy independence, cutting-edge technology, competitive compensation, and a supportive environment that prioritizes safety and professional growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing physical therapy services in patients' homes to help achieve optimal functioning.
• Evaluating and treating individuals with neurological, orthopedic, and medical conditions.
• Teaching patients and caregivers for independence and self-management.
• Maintaining a flexible work schedule, generally 8-4 during weekdays with weekend rotations every 10 weeks and one holiday per year.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Clinical Doctorate).
• Current NYS PT license and registration.
• Minimum one year of PT experience; home care experience preferred.
