What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients’ mobility,strength, and overall functional level
• Create and implementcustomized treatment plans focused on strength, balance, and safe mobility
• Assess home environments andrecommend equipment to improve safety and outcomes
• Educate patients andcaregivers to support long-term success and independence
• Collaborate with physicians,nurses, and families to deliver best-in-class care

What You Need:

• Current Physical Therapylicense in the State of California
• BLS certification
• One year of PT experiencepreferred (new grads welcome to apply!)
• Strong documentation skillsand attention to detail
• Tech-savvy, with comfortusing Gmail and EMR systems
• Excellent time managementand communication skills
