Job summary

Assisted Home Health & Hospice in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for our Home Health division. Primary duties include conducting initial and ongoing patient assessments, including OASIS, and delivering targeted therapeutic treatments in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and on-going assessments to determine level of functioning, including OASIS assessments at appropriate time points.
• Execute assessment using procedures such as manual and electrical muscle examinations, functional evaluations, gait analysis, sensory testing, measurements of range of motion, and assessment of development and utilization of human movement.
• Provide therapeutic treatments and evaluation of equipment needs, as applicable.

Visit Pay:

$146 per/SOC

$101 per/Eval
