Job summary

Alpine Therapy Services LLC is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to perform initial and ongoing evaluations in community or residence settings, following APTA standards. You will implement treatment plans, adjust schedules, and provide restorative therapy directly or via supervision and teaching.

The role requires Bachelor's in Physical Therapy (Master/Doctorate preferred), current licensure, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and ability.
• Passion and expertise for delivery of world-class therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations in the community or place of residence according to APTA standards and state standards.
• Implement Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule and adjust this schedule and plan according to patient progress.
• Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being either directly to the patient or indirectly through consultation with, delegation to, supervision of, or teaching of others.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and that are realistically attainable.
• Participate in quality assessment performance improvement initiatives, and maintain professional knowledge and experience through ongoing education and training.
