Qualifications

• Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist
• Preferred community/home health experience

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Current license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of operation, adhering to professional standards
• Valid CPR certification
• Licensed driver with ability to travel to all locations
