Dedicated Home Health (formerly Preferred Home Care) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Florida team providing high-quality home health services. You will evaluate patients in their homes, develop treatment plans, and implement therapies to support independence and recovery.

Eligibility includes a Florida PT license, CPR, malpractice insurance, recent physical exam, and at least three years of physical therapy experience.

Qualifications

• Florida State PT License required.
• CPR certification required.
