Trilogy Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Indian River County, FL. This full-time role involves delivering one-on-one PT services in patients' homes to improve mobility, strength, and balance, while setting realistic goals that support recovery and independence.

The position requires a graduate of an accredited PT program and a current Florida PT license, with a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program required.
• Current PT license in Florida required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with active vehicle insurance and clean MVR.
• 1+ year of experience; home health experience preferred.
