Qualifications

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

  • Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist
  • Preferred community/home health experience

Required Certifications and Licensures:

  • Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
  • Current license to practice as a physical therapist within the state of operation, compliant with professional standards
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to all business locations
