Details of the Physical Therapist opening:

• Anticipated start date: ASAP
• Salary: $1893.38 - $2186.63 weekly
• Anticipated duration of assignment: 13 weeks
• Anticipated schedule: 5x8 Days

Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

• Evaluates and treats patients suffering from a physical disability due to injury, disease, or surgery in a home care environment.
• Establishes treatment plans and treats patients using a variety of methods, including exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patients' pain and help them increase their mobility.
• Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and adjustors.
• Monitors, documents, and reports patients' progress.

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:

• Masters of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Unrestricted Driver's License and Applicable Car Insurance.
• Current CPR certification.
