Coverage Area : Folsom, Placerville, Camino, Clarksville, Diamond Springs

Shift : Full Time

Qualifications

Be the Best Home Health Physical Therapist You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist
• Preferred community/home health experience

Required Certifications and Licensures

• Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of operation
• Valid CPR certification
• Licensed driver with ability to travel to all locations
