You will provide one-on-one therapy at patients’ homes, aiming to improve mobility, strength, and balance and set goals that promote independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Current Florida PT license.
• Lymphedema certification preferred, not required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with active vehicle insurance and clean MVR.
• 1+ year of experience; home health experience preferred.
