Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to build deeper patient relationships in home health settings. The role offers new-grad support, mentorship, and a patient-centered culture with flexible scheduling.

As a BAYADA PT, you will perform mobility and balance assessments, design evidence-based plans, and educate families to ensure lasting outcomes. Training is provided, and PSLF may be available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Current Vermont PT license (or eligibility).
• Graduation from an accredited PT program.
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided).

What You’ll Do

As a BAYADA PT, you’ll help clients regain independence where they feel safest — at home. You will:

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
• Implement skin and wound‑prevention strategies
• Educate clients and families to promote long‑term success
• Document care using our intuitive EMR system

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive weekly pay

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:

$57.00-$60.00 per point
