A List Therapy Group is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for home health in Alhambra, CA.

As an independent contractor, you’ll evaluate patients in their homes, build personalized plans, and manage your schedule while benefiting from a strong referral network and digital documentation.

Competenze

• Current California Physical Therapist license is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

What You’ll Do

As a home health Physical Therapist, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in their homes to improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, functional independence, and quality of life.

Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, provide patient and caregiver education, and complete required visit documentation.

Requirements

• Current California Physical Therapist license
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
