Compensation:
$85,000.00 - $127,500.00 Annual

What You Will Do

• Constantly evaluate evolving patient needs and respond with plan of care adjustments.

Pay Range per Visit:

• If you are applying to the per diem per visit version of this job for all areas other than Bronx, the hiring range is as follows: $70- $75 per visit.
• If you are applying to the per diem per visit version of this job for the Bronx, the hiring range is as follows: $90 - $95 per visit.
