Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Physical Therapist with Home Care experience to join our Certified Home Health team in Maryland. You will provide holistic care, implement personalized plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ clinical and personal needs.

The role requires a Maryland State Physical Therapy license, Medicare/state compliance, and experience with reimbursement documentation.

Qualifications

• Must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Must possess a valid and current Maryland State Physical Therapy license.
• Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements (ie: OASIS , etc.).
• Previous Home Care Physical Therapy experience required.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

• Provide a holistic approach, supporting residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on preferences and routines, while providing comfort and belonging.

Join our Rehab as a Physical Therapist!

We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with Home Care experience to join our Certified Home Health team.

Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They are responsible for implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

All of our residents live within our award-winning campus (Home Care without the travel!), creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

Compensation: $48 - $52 per hour, commensurate with experience plus $5,000* Sign-On Bonus.
