This range is provided by Personal Touch Home Care. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$75.00/hr - $125.00/hr

Location: Westchester, NY

In order to be considered for this position, you MUST have a valid and active license in the state of NY. This is a fee-for-service position.

Pay: Oasis visit- $100.00-$125.00 per visit; Follow-up/Evaluation- $75.00-$100.00 per visit

• Assessing and evaluating patients
• Developing care plans
• Evaluating home environments
• Assessing muscle strength, mobility, gait, range of motion
• Instructing patients/caregivers
• Maintaining detailed records
