Job Description

As a Home Care Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical conditions in a home care setting.
• Develop personalized and goal-oriented physical therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to enhance clients' functional abilities.
