Apex Rehabilitation seeks a Home Care Physical Therapist to provide in-home services in Yonkers and surrounding communities. You will help clients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve overall well-being through personalized plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
