Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Seabrook Village in Tinton Falls, NJ is hiring a per diem Physical Therapist to support our Home Care Department. Work with residents within the gated community, part of an interdisciplinary team, with on-site medical centers and comprehensive benefits.

Compensation includes a per diem rate and opportunities for continuing education and development. You will provide resident-centered PT services, document to meet regulatory requirements, and contribute to a holistic care

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
• Experience with seniors in home care setting preferred
• Experience with OASIS is a plus

Location: Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living

We are hiring for a per diem position to support our Home Care Department, working with independently living residents.

No travel! All of our clients live within our gated community, recently named Asbury Park Press Best of the Best in 6 categories including Best Home Health Care Services.

We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist to join our team. All of our residents live within our award-winning campus, creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care. Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They are responsible for implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

Our communities offer levels of care and include specialty programs such as: urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, home safety assessment, movement disorders and low vision.

What we require:

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.

• The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.

• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

• Experience with seniors in home care setting preferred

• Experience with OASIS is a plus
