PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT)

Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and customizing treatment plans. Work in a supportive rehab environment utilizing progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF where you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
