Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide compassionate rehabilitation services at our Aurora, CO location. Qualifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the relevant state.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Ensure timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and best practices and integrate them into care.
