Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a current State Physical Therapy License.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy interventions appropriate to patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Supervise therapy assistants and support personnel.
• Assess and modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Evaluate and fit prosthetic and orthotic devices.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
