Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy program accredited by APTA.
• Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy required.
• FSBPT Certification required.
• State of Michigan PT license or eligibility before hire date.
• American Heart Association BLS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment within licensed scope and regulations.
• Evaluate and diagnose patient conditions within PT practice.
• Set treatment goals with patient and family, document per standards.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to implement PT plan of care.
