Job summary

The Deptford Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team, delivering personalized treatment plans to restore function and independence for patients in Deptford, NJ. You will conduct evaluations, design therapy programs, and collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize outcomes.

We welcome new graduates and experienced clinicians alike. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Therapy and New Jersey state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• No minimum years of experience required.
• 0 to 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
• New Jersey state licensure, with the ability to work in Deptford, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions, including hands-on treatment, education, and training to patients
• Collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and communicate effectively to promote seamless transitions
• Utilize evidence-based practice and stay current with industry advancements to deliver innovative and effective treatment approaches
• Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
