Responsibilities include clinical care, documentation, leadership, and compliance with state acts and regulations. Must hold CAPTE-accredited degree, current state licensure, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
Current state licensure and CPR certification.
Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and remain active during shifts.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
