Accounting Search is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in California. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent outcomes.

You will maintain patient records, ensure compliance with state and Medicare rules, and collaborate with physicians and staff. The role requires CAPTE accreditation, current licensure, CPR, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients who need therapy and are medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
