Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to work in in-facility settings across various programs. You will assess patients, create recovery plans, and deliver PT services to help clients regain mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in PT-related field plus Bachelor’s in PT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree evaluated for US equivalence if earned outside the US.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• Collaborate with care teams and refer patients when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional goals.
