We provide focused 1:1 patient care, AI-supported documentation to maximize patient interaction, and robust continuing education with opportunities for specialty growth and profit sharing.

New grads are welcome. We offer mentorship programs, a two-year PT Cohort, and a structured career pathway toward leadership or ownership roles within a supportive, PT-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license, or anticipated completion of DPT program requirements and licensing examinations within six months.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care that helps patients achieve their functional goals.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and injury prevention.
• Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and patient experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners to provide coordinated patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
