Benchmark Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, in Grants Pass, OR, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists. You will develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy in a collaborative clinic.

New grads are welcome and you’ll access mentorship, residency/fellowship programs, CEU opportunities, and a clear path to growth within a national network focused on quality outcomes and patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
