Benchmark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedics team in Cave Junction, Oregon.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
