Qualifications

• Current or pending state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and treatments for orthopedic/musculoskeletal patients with tailored education.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Manage patient documentation and workflow in the EMR.
