PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Indianapolis, IN. The role offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000+ annually, with monthly incentives, a sign-on bonus, and robust professional development opportunities.

You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, design individualized treatment plans, and manage documentation in an EMR system within a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
