Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Grapevine, TX is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic and musculoskeletal care team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Entry requires a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment
