Qualifications

• License to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New York.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, Master or Bachelors of PT

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations for patients’ clinical progress.
• Execute treatments as promised to patients.
• Provide Home Exercise Programs and related documentation.
• Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence while delivering 5-star customer service.
