Qualifications

• License to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New York.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or Master/Bachelors of PT.

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations for patients’ clinical progress and document outcomes.
• Execute treatments as prescribed and provide Home Exercise Programs.
• Deliver high-quality outstanding patient service and clinical care.
