Job summary

Lacey Post Acute & Rehab in Lacey, WA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide skilled care in a 120-bed facility. You will join an in-house therapy team delivering direct patient care and comprehensive assessments, within a supportive inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Accredited PT degree and active PT license in WA.
• Ability to conduct PT assessments and deliver direct patient care.
• CPR certification is required.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation; PCC familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care.
• Collaborate with in-house therapy team to deliver high-quality care in a 120-bed facility.
