Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state licensure -or- in process of obtaining licensure.
• Preferred: Experience in Post-Acute care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on clinical data.
• Utilize evidence-based programs to optimize patient outcomes.
• Help patients restore function across physical, emotional, social, and cognitive domains.
