TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength and mobility after illness, injury, or surgery. You will evaluate needs, develop personalized plans, and coordinate with physicians.

You will deliver evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and mentor therapy assistants. No travel required; CPR/BLS within 30 days; Bachelor's degree required.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• CPR/BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and the care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions that restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and refine therapy plans with accurate, timely documentation of outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safe practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth transitions during recovery.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcare’s values.
